  • Led development and deployment project for a mobilized warehouse management system

  • Directed configuration, change management and rollout of Primavera P6 project and work management system

  • PM and SME for a large maintenance and work management organizational design and reorg project

  • PM and SME for a large engineering and design department organizational design and reorg project

  • Project Manager for three separate major manufacturing capital expansions and start-ups averaging $40M each

  • Developed and implemented 6 bottom-to-top reengineering projects to deliver capacity increases of 60% - 100%. Techniques included Kaizen, 5S, and other Lean tools.
